Shaadi.com hiring for Telesales Advisor - Bangalore

Job Details:

• Number of Positions: 50
  
• Designation: Product Advisor
  
• Experience Required: 6 months - 1 year in Telesales
  
• Qualification: HSC passed
  
• Salary: 20,000 per month (Bangalore)
  
• Language Requirements: Fluent in Kannada and good English
  
• Work Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  
• Week Off: 1 rotational week off (between Monday to Friday)
  

Roles and Responsibilities:

• As a Product Advisor, you'll be responsible for guiding customers through the company product offerings.
  
• Provide excellent customer service in both Kannada and English.
  
• Engage with potential clients through telesales to meet company targets.
  
• Ensure customers' questions are addressed professionally and accurately.
  
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on company updates and promotions.
