Job Description: Consultant TAG (Contractual / On Roll)
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: [5-6 months]
Job Summary:
IGT is looking for a Consultant TAG to be part of our recruitment team. This role will involve end-to-end recruitment for front-line hiring, managing stakeholder relationships, driving process improvement, and ensuring compliance with approved usage of recruitment systems and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment:
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle including understanding job requirements, drafting job descriptions, sourcing, and assessing candidates.
- Manage the interview process and handle salary negotiations and offer closures.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build and develop relationships with hiring managers to ensure effective and efficient hiring.
- Maintain regular communication to ensure the alignment of recruitment efforts with hiring needs.
- Global Hiring:
- Handle global recruitment requirements, ensuring knowledge and compliance with international recruitment best practices.
- Interview Coordination:
- Conduct in-depth interviews and collaborate with line interviewers to schedule candidate interviews.
- Recruitment Systems Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to recruitment tools and systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) for sourcing, tracking, and processing candidates.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and tools to meet hiring targets.
- Propose solutions for more effective recruitment practices.
- Effective Communication:
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, maintaining clarity and transparency with candidates and stakeholders.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience:
- Proven experience in front-line hiring and global recruitment.
- Prior experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and relationships with peers, associates, and applicants.
- Solution-focused and able to address challenges with practical approaches.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, uncertainty, and constant change.
- Detail-oriented with a keen ability to problem-solve effectively.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
