Job Description

An International Voice Process job involves handling customer interactions via phone, to provide support, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction in a global context. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction:Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers, providing support and addressing inquiries.
  • Problem Solving:Troubleshoot customer issues, find solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Language Proficiency:Communicate effectively in one or more international languages, as required by the role.
  • Documentation:Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions..
  • Customer Service:Provide courteous, professional, and efficient customer service, even in challenging situations.
  • Process Improvement:Identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in the required languages.
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly and accurately identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding and respect for diverse cultures and communication styles.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with some college or vocational training preferred. Role & responsibilities
