Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Senior Engineer Clients Messaging and Communities team is seeking a knowledgeable and talented Senior Engineer to provide technical expertise and support/enhancement of our Messaging and Communities solutions. Core environments we support include MS Teams and Viva Engage In partnership with your team members Responsibilities Supporting and administering MS Teams and Viva Engage. Driving and administering changes and solutions, to provide the best experience for our users Identifying and supporting opportunities to implement automation capabilities to reduce manual work and human error Working within an agile environment to drive incremental improvements across all our messaging solutions Supporting other areas of BCG Digital Collaboration team as needed Qualifications We Seek In You. Minimum Qualifications / Skills BA degree in computer or information sciences or similar field preferred relevant professional experience or similar role Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Strong comprehensive problem-solving skills to identify and solve issues quickly Working independently as well as part of a virtual, geographically dispersed team bringing a sense of urgency to the tasks at hand Effectively handling difficult and stressful situations with poise, tact, and patience, while demonstrating a sense of urgency Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and quality-minded Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills Deep understanding of MS Teams, Viva Engage and O365 in general Extensive knowledge of administering and supporting messaging solutions within an enterprise environment Experience with collaborating in complex IT environments to provide high levels of support Experience migrating users, messaging history to new platforms Job Lead Consultant Primary Location India-Gurugram Schedule Full-time Education Level Bachelor's / Graduation / Equivalent Job Posting Jul 23, 2024, 4:40:19 PM Unposting Date Aug 23, 2024, 1:29:00 PM Master Skills List Consulting Job Category Full Time,
