Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Sell IDFC financial products (e.g., loans, credit cards, insurance, investments) to new and existing customers through outbound and inbound calls.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and address concerns.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers for long-term business.
• Update customer records and database.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Graduate degree (any discipline).
• 0-1 years of sales experience (preferably in telesales).
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with financial products (desirable).
• Proficiency in English and the relevant local language.

Work Environment:

• Fixed shifts: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Performance-based incentives.
