Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Training Manager to join our team and lead our team of trainers! Your role will be extremely important as you will be responsible for training and enhancing competencies of our employees. You will be planning and implementing training programs and workshops in a way that is interesting and useful to our employees.
Responsibilities:
Track employee success and progress
Manage the production of program marketing material in collaboration with marketing team
Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis
Have a program announcement marketing strategy
Prepare and deliver training courses
Bring guest presenters if necessary
Implement training KPIs
Prepare and present reports on traiing program KIPs
Other Details
Salary-25,000/- to 42,000/-
Required Experience-0 To 4 years of industry experience also can apply
Minimum Age-18
Training Manager Requirements:
Qualification Required-Diploma,Btech,M.tech,ITI,BA,BCA,B.com,
Work Department-Training
Work Industry-Constructions,POwer Plant,,Mining,Oil And Gas,BPO,Banking,Finance,IT
Skills-Good knowledge of talent management and succession planning methods
