We are looking for dynamic, loyal, and growth-oriented individuals to join our team as Area Sales Officers in Bhubaneswar and Khurda. Key Responsibilities: Sales Development: Promote and sell our wide range of building materials to both B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) customers. Market Expansion: Build relationships with new and existing clients to increase the company's market presence across the region. Customer Relations: Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company through effective strategies and persistent effort. Brand Building: Represent MyBuildingKart professionally in the field and develop strong brand awareness in the market. Reporting & Coordination: Regularly report sales activities and performance to management and coordinate with the team for smooth operations. Training & Learning: Participate in the company's training sessions and apply knowledge to enhance sales strategies and personal growth. Required Qualifications and Skills: Minimum Education: Graduate with at least 50% marks. Experience: Preferably from a retail or FMCG background. Previous experience in sales and customer relationship management is an advantage. Personal Equipment: Own bike and laptop are a must. Skills: Dynamic and proactive in approach. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Well-behaved, approachable, and open to learning. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
