Location: Gudia Pokhari, Puri-Bhubaneswar Highway Work Hours: 9:30 AM 6:00 PM (Wednesday Off) Eligibility: Graduated in 2022 or later Stipend: 5,000 per month + Additional Incentives About InMyTrip.com: InMyTrip.com is a fast-growing travel and tourism platform offering customized tour packages, hotel bookings, adventure tourism, and corporate travel solutions. We aim to make travel affordable, hassle-free, and memorable for our customers. We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Interns to join our team and contribute to our growing sales operations for tour packages and travel arrangements. Job Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Call and interact with potential customers to understand their travel needs and suggest suitable tour packages. Lead Conversion: Follow up with interested leads, provide detailed information, and close bookings. Tour Package Consultation: Explain package inclusions, pricing, and special offers to customers. Booking Management: Coordinate with the operations team to confirm bookings and ensure smooth travel arrangements. Sales Targets & Incentives: Achieve monthly sales goals to earn performance-based incentives. Market Research: Identify new travel trends and customer preferences to improve our offerings. CRM Updates: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings in our sales database. Key Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi, English, Odia preferred) Persuasive selling skills with a customer-first approach Basic knowledge of travel and tourism industry Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM tools (training will be provided) Benefits: Fixed stipend of 5,000 per month Performance-based incentives on achieving targets Training on sales and customer handling Opportunity to work in the fast-growing travel industry Certificate of Internship & Letter of Recommendation,
