Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Jodhpur for a Psychological Counselor at Remarkable Education. As a Psychological Counselor, you will be responsible for providing counseling services to students and helping them navigate their educational and career choices. Your role will involve conducting individual and group counseling sessions, administering assessments, developing personalized plans, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students in their personal and academic growth. You will play a vital role in creating a supportive and inclusive environment where students feel valued and empowered. Qualifications A master's degree / PG Diploma in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Professional experience in counselling or a related fie Strong understanding of counselling theories, techniques, and ethical guidelines Excellent communication and active listening skills Empathy, compassion, and the ability to build rapport with students Knowledge of career counselling and educational planning Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals Strong organizational and time management skills Experience with assessment tools and interpreting assessment results Knowledge of mental health issues and ability to provide appropriate referrals,
