Company Description POWER CARRIERS INDIA PVT LTD is a Power Transmission Line Construction company based out of Shillong, Meghalaya, India. The company specializes in the construction and maintenance of power transmission lines. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality projects that support the energy infrastructure across the region. We emphasize operational excellence and the implementation of innovative solutions to meet the growing energy demands. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Project Manager located in Tura, Meghalaya, with some work from home acceptable. The Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of power transmission line construction projects and Annual Maintainence of Trasnmission lines across Meghalaya. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with various departments, managing project timelines, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and liaising with clients and stakeholders. The role also involves supervising inspections, expediting materials and equipment, and managing logistics operations. Qualifications Proven Project Management experience in Transmission Lines 132 kV and above Skills in Expediting and working as an Expeditor Experience with Inspection and compliance standards Expertise in Logistics Management Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Bachelors degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field Previous experience in the power transmission sector is a must Experience with Annual Maintainence Contracts with 400 kV and above is a must. Communication in Hindi,Assamese and English is compulsory (Khasi and Garo would be a Plus),
