Job Description

Location- Pune We are seeking for a strong Software Manager/Senior Software Manager who will be integral to driving the success of our development projects and initiatives and lead a team of talented engineers, overseeing and optimizing the development process to ensure efficiency and high-quality standards. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing project scopes, and ensuring timely delivery of innovative solutions. - Lead, inspire and manage a team of engineers within a matrix structure. - Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth. - Ensure the development resource pool is updated and ready to handle project demands. - Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of Development efforts and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Drive the modernization of development operations with a focus on CI/CD and TDD. - Lead the integration of cloud services into our development processes. - Ensure scalable and secure deployment of applications on cloud platforms. - Conduct regular reviews, audits, and assessments of processes, artifacts, and deliverables to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. - Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing. - Work closely with the QA team to ensure seamless integration of development and testing processes. - Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in software development, and related domains, and proactively incorporate them into our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, a passion for modernizing development operations, and a keen focus on Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and cloud operations.
