Job Description Good knowledge on ITIL Process & O365 Administration & implementation. Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services. Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services. Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Hybrid Entra ID & Identity and access management Configuring PowerBroker policies to support application elevation in a locked down environment Strong troubleshooting mind-set (e.g. parsing event log, Sysinternals, analyzing memory dumps) General knowledge of user profile management (Citrix , Flex,Appsense,) Expertise in Administrative support, Documentation Management and resolution of complex issues; demonstrate professionalism, attention to details and collaborative nature. Effectively manage time and maintain regular communication and pass updates to both customer and internal management.
