Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Jaggaer Support In this role, as a Jaggaer Consultant, you will play a key role in our upstream/Sourcing process, providing valuable insights and contributing to the development and implementation of upstream and supply chain strategies. Your main task will be to analyze and optimize the upstream modules (Sourcing project/events, Contracts, SRM Supplier Relationship Management, POR Purchase Order Recommendation etc.), leveraging your deep understanding of Jaggaer and integration broker experience. Responsibilities Work resolving users issues raised via ServiceNow tickets production support Analyze and troubleshoot the upstream modules within the Jaggaer system. Customizing Jaggaer tool/screens as per client requirements. Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for upstream and supply chain process improvements. Leverage Integration Broker to implement and optimize data exchanges and communication between systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system configurations meet business needs and operational requirements. Assist in creating user guides, training materials and deliver training to end users. Perform routine system audits and checks to ensure data accuracy and system integrity. Provide ongoing system support and troubleshooting, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills B.E./ B.Tech/ MCA or equivalent Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Experience with Jaggaer Direct (SRM, Direct RFQ, Ticket), Jaggaer Advantage (Sourcing+) and/or Jaggaer Indirect (Contracts+) Experience with API integration Indirect / Direct Sourcing csv/xls file management (large file manipulation) Proven experience in analyzing and optimizing all modules. Experience working with Jaggaer application. (JD, JA, JI) Knowledge of supply chain processes and principles. Jaggaer Customization/Development exp. Hands-on experience with Integration Broker or similar integration technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex system issues as part of production support. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex systems and concepts in understandable terms. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
