Job Description
- Key Responsibilities: Role Overview The GCC Captive Consulting and Advisory Leader is a pivotal role responsible for the strategic development implementation and continuous improvement of captive operations within a global capability center This leader will work closely with senior stakeholders to establish best practices optimize operational efficiencies and ensure alignment with the organization s overarching business goals Key Responsibilities Strategy Development and Implementation Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategy for the captive consulting and advisory function Lead the design and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the performance and value of captive operations Collaborate with global and regional leaders to ensure alignment of captive strategies with overall business objectives Methodology and Process Development Establish and refine methodologies for building and managing captive operations Create detailed process flows playbooks and Standard Operating Procedures SOPs to guide the setup and management of captive centers Develop and implement Target Operating Models TOMs that define the structure governance and operational standards for captive centers Advisory and Stakeholder Engagement Provide expert consulting and advisory services to senior management and clients on captive operations Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the captive operations strategy meets those needs Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to facilitate effective collaboration and knowledge sharing Performance Management and Continuous Improvement Implement robust performance management systems to monitor the effectiveness of captive operations Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness Regularly review and update methodologies process flows and SOPs to ensure they remain relevant and effective Team Leadership and Development Lead mentor and develop a high performing team of consulting and advisory professionals Foster a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous learning within the team Ensure the team has the necessary skills and resources to achieve their objectives and deliver high quality services Key Skills and Qualifications Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in consulting advisory or a similar role within a Global Capability Center or related environment Expertise Proven expertise in building captive operations methodologies writing process flows playbooks SOPs and Target Operating Models Leadership Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team Analytical Skills Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to make data driven decisions Communication Superior communication and interpersonal skills with the ab Preferred Skills: Analytics,Quality->Consulting,
