    Job Description The Global Capital Cost Control Specialist is part of the Real Estate organization. The role is responsible for proactively supporting, managing, and reporting on Real Estate capital projects and initiatives. Additionally, they work closely in partnership with peers in the Finance and Workplace teams to improve the efficient management of our capital investment. Cost and commercial management for global Real Estate includes 16 market units. The role is part of a wider Real Estate CoE (RE CoE) organization, reporting into the Real Estate Cost & Commercial Management Lead for global. Key responsibilities include: Provide Real Estate Cost & Commercial Management Lead with data and analysis of their respective Market Units (MUs) to support the delivery of the real estate projects for the Markets. Support financial management and oversight for Infrastructure Capital Management related to Fiscal year planning, forecasts and pipeline. Updating Commercial management templates for respective MUs. Cost benchmarking of completed projects with respect to approved capital and actuals spent. Circulation of new approved projects to business partners and updating in AP20 log. Variance analysis calls with MUs to understand project wise variance and forecast. Preparing the variance analysis presentation to leadership. Updating details of completed projects, including but not limited to Photos, news, key features etc. Training of tools used such as Construct Hub, ICF and QLIK and resolving issues for the same. Support capital cost initiatives associated with the design and construction of Real Estate Investment projects. Support the development of technology/tools. Identify opportunities for standardization for increased consistency across all areas related to cost including estimating, financial management and reporting of projects. Escalate issues and support resolution of cost related project issues, risks, and/or conflicts, working with the Commercial Management Lead. Preparation and obtaining Accenture Policy 3 approvals for approved projects.,
