The Inside Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth by establishing relationships with new customers and closing sales. What will you do Accurately record details and process orders placed by the customers Contribute to the team effort by achieving the allocated targets Managing customer accounts to ensure their satisfaction with the company's products and services, as well as developing and sustaining customer relationships to foster repeat business Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers" needs and preferences What we are looking for Graduate with 1+ year of relevant experience (in Tele Sales) Basic knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications Strong negotiation and selling skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with effective communication skills Why Join Us Tata 1mg provides one of the most exciting and high-growth environments to work.
