Job Description Web Development Must understand iterative and incremental software delivery and value of Agile Scrum metrics (i.e.: burn down metrics). Must understand technical aspects of Agile Scrum process in SaaS environment and other Lean development methods. Strong technical and problem solving aptitude as well as the ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non technical audiences. Must possess the ability to diagnose and correct sub-optima Responsibilities As a Scrum Master Manager at Cognizant TriZetto you will facilitate software development teams Agile (Scrum) framework implementation. You will be a servant leader for one or more teams minimizing the impact of impediments to the successful completion of time boxed development work monitoring team performance and creating metrics to inform stakeholders of team achievements.,
