Job Summary We are seeking a Sr LMS Architect with 14 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Learning Platform Data Migration Configuration/Administration and Development. This role involves designing and implementing learning solutions that align with our organizational goals. The work model is hybrid with no travel required and the shift is day. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of learning management systems to meet organizational needs. Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to new learning platforms. Provide technical expertise in configuring and administering learning platforms. Develop custom learning solutions to enhance user experience and engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of learning platforms. Monitor and optimize the performance of learning management systems. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in learning platform development. Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve issues proactively. Provide training and support to end-users on the effective use of learning platforms. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in learning management systems. Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning solutions and processes. Ensure that learning solutions align with the companys strategic objectives and enhance overall productivity. Qualifications Possess a strong background in Learning Platform Data Migration with proven experience. Demonstrate expertise in Learning Platform Configuration and Administration. Have extensive experience in Learning Platform Development. Show proficiency in developing and implementing learning solutions. Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Have strong communication and collaboration abilities. Be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in learning management systems. Have a track record of successfully leading complex projects. Be capable of working independently and as part of a team. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
