Job Description

Role Title Risk Process Analyst Responsibilities: Review new or existing processes to identify control gaps, operational weaknesses, and opportunities for automation Ensure risk controls are working effectively through metrics and testing. Participate/Lead RCA and broader thematic reviews undertaken by Risk and Compliance. Develop process maps to document processes and communicate control weakness and mitigation strategies. Work to expose unreported system weakness. To execute and do analytical quality review at portfolio level, channel level, new product, and distributor level analysis. Develop operational control MI and report findings to the Operational Risk Lead. To conduct risk assessment and mitigation by assessing and review of risk registers, risk triggers and portfolio analysis. Prepare varied and provide analysis of MI and Risk Reports. Identify data and information required for controls and reporting purposes.
