Your typical day involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand needs and translating them into functional designs, ensuring seamless application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and Advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Provide solutions to business area problems. - Lead the application design process from requirements gathering to implementation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation in Application Development. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and application architecture. - Experience in designing scalable and efficient applications. - Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in application development.
