Role Overview: We are looking for a talented AI/ML Engineer with a strong focus on Reinforcement Learning (RL) and Multi-Agent Systems to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in creating or customizing RL environments, is involved in relevant research, and is excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement reinforcement learning algorithms. - Customize or create RL environments to suit specific problem domains. - Work with multi-agent systems, applying RL techniques to achieve collaborative or competitive objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RL models into real-world applications. - Conduct research and experiments to push the boundaries of RL methodologies and improve system performance. - Optimize models and algorithms for efficiency, scalability, and accuracy. - Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in reinforcement learning and related fields. Required Skills & Qualifications: -1-3 years of relevant experience in AI/ML with a strong emphasis on reinforcement learning. - Proven experience in creating or customizing RL environments. - Solid understanding of reinforcement learning frameworks - Exposure to multi-agent systems and their applications in AI/ML. - Experience with deep learning models and neural network architectures. - Ability to perform research and stay updated with the latest RL advancements. - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment. Nice to Have: - Previous experience in startups or small teams. - Publications or contributions to open-source projects in the RL domain. - Experience with deployment of RL models in production environments.
