Job Description Independently and without direct supervision performs and manages assigned Audit Programs. Conducts evaluations and audits at a suppliers/factory's facility as required by the client/factory. Provides technical support to Regional Trainers by responding to and answering technical questions requested in the field. Use in-depth knowledge of international, national and local laws, norms and protocols to partner with the Regional Trainer to review and update international, national, norms and local Law profiles. Acts as a Competent Evaluator for Auditor field evaluations during assigned audits by either managing, supervising and/or serving as an audit team member or lead auditor. Conducts field observations and witness audits of Auditors. Maintains specialized qualifications where a higher level of auditing skills and methodology is required. Issues competency reports to the Regional Trainers and CRS management regarding the technical competency and audit performance of the Auditors evaluated in the field. Performs field reviews of the Clients/Factory's Management, Environmental, Code of Conduct systems and processes to assure compliance with client/factory requirements. Follows appropriate company administrative, personnel, confidentiality, business ethics, conflict of interest and safety policies and procedures. Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices. Performs other duties as directed. Responsibilities Conducting at least 10 audit days a month. Travel is regularly required for this position, going to the various facilities to perform the audit. Completing the audits as indicated, provide audit records, review and approve facility Corrective Actions. Qualifications University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelors degree) required. Prefer Science Degree with emphasis on GMP manufacturing, quality systems or auditing, or relevant experience in OTC, Cosmetic, Supplements, Med Devices, or Food production industries. Willingness and ability to travel to other countries, states, regions, provinces and or throughout any assigned or designated country (up to 70 to 80% annually).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Excellent oral communication skills; capable of addressing high executive audiences and conduct opening and closing conferences in front of multiple people. Excellent mathematical skills and analytical skills. Creative and innovative thinking to problem solve and streamline processes. Ability to lead a team of auditors during the execution of a project and/or specialized audits. Proficient in internet navigation, e-mail and PC software such as Microsoft Word, Excel.
