Inviting applications for the role of Principal consultant- Project Manager! In this role, you will lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions, ensuring effective collaboration, timely execution, and alignment with business objectives. You will leverage your technical expertise in Java, Angular, and Project Management to drive success. Responsibilities Lead and manage software development teams, ensuring successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define requirements, manage communication, and ensure alignment on deliverables. Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and performance evaluations for team members. Drive automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce project costs. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for technical projects and provide guidance on best practices. Implement and oversee development using Java and Angular frameworks. Ensure adherence to quality standards and oversee testing processes to deliver robust solutions. Foster a collaborative team environment and mentor team members for skill enhancement. Manage billing, reporting, and project documentation processes effectively. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications Proven experience in leading software development teams (10+ years preferred). Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Angular, and JSON. Strong expertise in project management, resource allocation, and client communication. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Experience with databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL. Familiarity with performance testing tools (Netstorm, Netdiagnostics) and configuration management tools (GIT, SVN). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring abilities. Knowledge of Apache Tomcat Server and Hibernate frameworks is a plus.
