Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant Software Engineer! Ability to work individually or mentor and train a small group in development and migration environment. Communicate effectively with global customers and collaborate well within a team environment to drive results. Responsibilities AWS Aurora experience and strong in Postgres Designing Scalable, Fault-Tolerant Data Migration Solutions to migrate data from diverse sources (such as RDBMS, files, API Calls) to Postgres / local. Well versed in integrating problem-specific programming languages (SQL/Python). Preparing comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, technical designs, and unit testing documents. This documentation helps maintain applications and ensures smooth collaboration across teams. Should have experience on enhancing existing data pipelines. This includes incorporating new business requirements, optimizing performance, and ensuring data quality. Automating processes using python scripts to decrease manual work hours . Schedule production jobs using Apache Airflow. Well versed in writing stored procedure in Postgres / SQL . Understanding data and it's functional importance in project . Using GIT,Jira for version control and process tracking . Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills AWS Aurora experience and strong in Postgres Strong Python programming skills Strong PostgreSQL database skills Experienced in REST API call using python script. Airflow skills Strong Agile methodology working experience. Communicative and inquisitive Flexible to work later hours in the day to get US overlap.
