Job Description:: Job Location: Jaipur Qualification: Any Graduates (15 years Graduation) Shifts: Night Shift Experience: 1 to 5 Years Role: Senior Process Executive/Process Specialist Roles & Responsibilities: Minimum 2 years of work experience preferably in any BPO set up with good communication. Learn and master the process quickly and meet the client requirement for high quality/accurate Service. Having a Hands-on experience in working on S&F Domain Order Management Having hands on experience in Order creation (Quote to cash), Order updating, Pricing Having knowledge on DIA, VPN, IA services Any Graduate (Graduation must as we dont recruit undergraduate). Flexible working in night shifts Be able to take ownership and responsibility of service request resolution Be able to handle Outbound/Inbound Regular/Escalated Transactions (Case & Call) on a timely manner through the official channels, which tackles transactional details (i.e. Status updates, actions and SLAs) Be able to take ownership and action on requests and actively coordinate work to completion Ensure non-disclosure of any client specific information and to maintain password integrity Be able to meet set goals for Reliability, Efficiency and Quality and adherence to meet the client Requirements Be able to assist with reports as assigned by Team Leader.
