Responsibilities:
1. Lead accessibility testing efforts for digital products.
2. Develop and implement accessibility testing strategies.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accessibility compliance.
4. Conduct accessibility audits and risk assessments.
5. Develop and maintain accessibility testing frameworks.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years of experience in accessibility testing.
2. Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508).
3. Experience with accessibility testing tools (e.g., JAWS, NVDA).
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have:
1. Certifications in accessibility (e.g., CPACC, WAS).
2. Experience with agile development methodologies.
3. Knowledge of assistive technologies.
