Opening For Lead Software Engineer - Pega & React @ Khaitan Infotech

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead design, development, and implementation of scalable solutions using Pega Constellation and React.js
• Collaborate on technical architecture (HLD/LLD), maintain coding standards, and drive UI innovation
• Guide and mentor team members, remove blockers, and ensure high-quality deliveries
• Manage release cycles, track tech debt, and improve system performance
• Act as a bridge between business and engineering teams for requirement clarity and alignment
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 8+ years of experience with strong hands-on in Pega Systems and React.js
• Experience with front-end architecture, component design, and Pega Constellation
• Exposure to backend (Java preferred) and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
• Good grasp of Agile/Scrum and DevOps culture
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Certifications in Pega/React are a plus
