Job Description

Tap Health is looking for a full-time (40hrs+/week) Software Engineering Leader, who has strong industry experience in the below focus areas: Cloud Cost Optimization, Multi-Cloud deployment, Cloud Security Management Mentoring an ambitious team of software developers, interns, and leads Deploying AI solutions as Micro-services, and helping architect Data Science Infrastructure Managing TB scale dbs, warehouses, search solutions, and vector stores, with Lamba compute Kubernetes Deployments, VMs (CPU, LPU, TPU, GPU, GPU Farms) We are looking for a hands-on software engineering manager who could be a data engineering or backend lead in his past roles. We want someone who would like to make a big impact in Indian healthcare and takes pride in solving crucial industry & consumer problems with a full spectrum tech approach. The ideal candidate should have the below 8 qualities: Experience deploying and scaling ReactNative/React.Js apps, on a MERN Tech stack Experience with Kubernetes Management, ETL, Data Pipelines, Schema Management, ER Diagrams Exposure to Multi-Cloud cost optimization & Infrastructure design Preliminary understanding of AI & GenAI deployments & monitoring Preliminary knowledge of the Indian Healthcare space Strong understanding of Data protocols like GDPR, CDP, and DPDP Strong collaboration skills with Backend, QA, Design, AI, & Product Management Ability to mentor Junior frontend devs and democratize strong software engineering principles,
