Job Description
- Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Architect with 5 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CX-Program Management and Python with a preference for experience in the Hi-Tech domain. This hybrid role requires a dedicated professional who can work effectively in a day shift without the need for travel. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of complex CX programs to enhance customer experiences. Oversee the development and deployment of Python-based solutions to meet project requirements. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new projects. Develop and maintain technical documentation to support project development and deployment. Ensure that all solutions are scalable secure and aligned with industry best practices. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and project outcomes. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate into projects. Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Qualifications * Must have extensive experience in CX-Program Management and Python. Should have a strong understanding of the Hi-Tech domain. Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Should have a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Must be detail-oriented and highly organized. Should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be proficient in developing and maintaining technical documentation. Should have experience with code reviews and providing feedback. Must be committed to continuous learning and improvement. Should have a strong understanding of industry best practices. Must be able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.,
