- Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect with 16 to 20 years of experience specializing in Salesforce to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data governance and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions that align with our companys goals and impact society positively. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce projects. Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce solutions including architecture diagrams and technical specifications. Ensure that Salesforce solutions adhere to best practices and industry standards. Conduct regular reviews of Salesforce implementations to identify and address potential issues. Manage the deployment of Salesforce solutions including testing and user training. Monitor the performance of Salesforce solutions and make recommendations for improvements. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge. Work closely with the data governance team to ensure data integrity and compliance. Provide mentorship and training to junior team members on Salesforce best practices. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Salesforce development processes. Qualifications * Must have extensive experience in Salesforce development and architecture. Should have a strong understanding of data governance principles and practices. Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Should have experience in integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems. Must have strong communication and collaboration skills. Should be able to work independently and as part of a team. Must have a proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce projects. Should be familiar with Agile development methodologies. Must have experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation. Should have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Must be able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Should have experience in mentoring and training junior team members.
