Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Branch Manager located in Khandwa. The Assistant Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, managing a team of insurance agents, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Assistant Branch Manager will assist in training and development programs for the branch staff. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Sales and customer service experience Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Insurance certification or license is a plus,
