Software Engineer @ WOW Softech

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduation/Post Graduation degree in Computer Science/ Mathematics (IITs, IIITs and NITs preferred)
3+ years of experience with strong command over at least one of Java / NodeJS / Python including debugging and performance analysis
Knowledge of REST paradigm
Exposure to multiple datastores such as Solr, Redis, Redshift, Mongodb, Postgres
Experience with API Design, ability to architect and implement an intuitive customer and third-party integration story
Hands on with microservices architecture and familiarity with AWS & Devops
Ability to think and analyse both breadth-wise (client, server, DB, control flow) and depth-wise (threads, sessions, space-time complexity) while designing and implementing services
Enthusiasm for building and owning scalable systems which directly address customer pain-points
Experience in GraphQL based APIs a plus
Been willing to work in start-up environment
Love for technology and passion for quality

Leading integration of user-facing elements such as CRM with server side logic
Individually solving technically complex problems
Designing, coding, and testing software components and features
Contributing in architectural discussions
Building reusable code and libraries for future use
Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability
Implementation of security and data protection
Interacting with business, marketing, product, technology, customer support & third parties globally
