Job Description
- Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations
- Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries
- Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the telesales executive job role
- Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products
- Be aware of the latest industry trends as a telesales executive
- Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints
- Experience working as a telesales executive or in a similar role
- Good communication and fluency in English, Hindi
- Proven record of meeting Targets
- time management skills.
- Good Knowledge of working with MS Office
- Bachelors degree in communication, marketing, or a similar discipline
- Compiling Daily Reports
- Attend Daily and weekly reviews as the case may be
