Client Relations: Develop and maintain good relations with existing clients to ensure continuity of business and keep the clients satisfied. E-commerce Management: Make our presence on sites like Alibaba, India Mart etc, and troubleshoot any issues or queries with these sites. Events & Workshops: Organize and run impactful events and workshops to present our products. Webinars: Make product presentations once a week through webinars to our clientele and give an introduction and education on the same. Query Handling: Act as a single point of contact for handling queries/issues re-routed from our company's official website and e-commerce platform. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree (any discipline) Experience in outreach or community engagement Strong communication & project management skills Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Communications, PR, or related field Familiarity with e-commerce platforms & customer service Female employees are preferred Benefits: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
