    Job description Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Development: Define and implement the overall brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand positioning. Marketing Campaigns: Develop and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, influencer marketing, PR, and traditional advertising, tailored to reach our target audience. Customer Acquisition & Retention: Build and execute strategies for customer acquisition and retention, ensuring a seamless and premium customer experience across all touchpoints. Digital Marketing: Drive the brand's digital presence, including website optimization, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and e-commerce growth. Content Creation & Influencer Strategy: Develop content strategies in collaboration with internal teams to drive engagement and brand storytelling, leveraging influencers and brand ambassadors to boost visibility. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to stay ahead of fashion trends, competitors, and customer preferences, translating insights into actionable strategies. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the marketing team, ensuring alignment across departments (creative, PR, e-commerce, retail, etc.). Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are efficiently allocated and maximize ROI. Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and secure strategic partnerships and collaborations that align with the brands vision and goals. Events & Brand Activations: Conceptualize and execute high-profile events, pop-ups, and collaborations that elevate brand perception and customer engagement. Experience: 2+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a focus on the financial services or fintech industry. Experience with similar advisory platforms is a plus. Advertising Expertise: Strong knowledge of third-party advertising platforms and proven experience in managing successful ad campaigns. Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and implement effective brand strategies that align with business objectives. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.
