We are inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee W ork Force Executive In this role, the shortlisted candidate will be responsible for supporting the workforce management and business intelligence functions within the organization. They play a pivotal role in optimizing resource planning, analyzing data, and providing valuable insights to drive operational efficiency and informed decision-making. The WFM and BI Executive assists in the implementation of workforce management strategies and business intelligence initiatives, ensuring accurate forecasting, efficient scheduling, and data-driven reporting. Responsibilities Workforce Management Support: Assist in developing and implementing workforce management strategies and best practices to optimize resource planning. Collaborate with the WFM and BI team to analyze historical data, industry trends, and business goals to generate accurate workforce forecasts. Support the coordination of workforce planning efforts with operational teams to ensure optimal resource allocation. Utilize workforce management systems and tools to monitor real-time adherence, adjust schedules, and address staffing gaps. Business Intelligence Analysis: Assist in implementing business intelligence strategies, tools, and processes to collect, analyze , and interpret data. Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Contribute to the development of dashboards and reports to track and communicate workforce management and business intelligence metrics. Provide support in delivering recommendations based on data analysis to optimize business processes, improve customer experience, and enhance operational efficiency. Reporting and Data Analysis: Assist in generating regular reports and performance dashboards to provide insights into workforce management and business intelligence metrics. Support data analysis related to staffing levels, productivity, and performance to identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and ensure accurate and timely delivery of reports. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments, such as Operations, HR, and Finance, to support workforce management and business intelligence efforts aligned with organizational goals. Assist in engaging with internal stakeholders to understand their data and reporting needs, providing insights and delivering solutions to drive operational excellence. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in workforce management and business intelligence practices, and emerging technologies. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation to enhance workforce planning, resource allocation, and data analysis. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness in workforce management and business intelligence processes. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Data Analytics, or a related field. Previous experience in workforce management, business intelligence, or related roles is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and assist in making data-driven decisions. Familiarity with workforce management systems and tools is advantageous . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Basic knowledge of workforce management principles, methodologies, and industry best practices. Familiarity with business intelligence concepts and data analysis techniques is a plus. Continuous improvement mindset, with a desire to learn and develop skills in workforce management and business intelligence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
