Job Description
- Level- M (9+ years experience) Location- Preferred- Chennai, ok with Bangalore & Hyderabad also if the candidate is exceptionally good Notice Period- Immediate-30 Days only Key Responsibilities: Design and Development- Technical Leadership Lead a team of full stack developers to design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications using a range of technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, Python, Django, Flask, etc. Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. Integrate GenAI models and algorithms into existing applications to enhance functionality and user experience. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy machine learning models and GenAI-powered features. GenAI Development Develop and train GenAI models using popular frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. Integrate GenAI models with front-end and back-end applications to create seamless user experiences. Optimize and fine-tune GenAI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability. Front-end Development Develop responsive, interactive, and user-friendly front-end applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular front-end frameworks. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize front-end performance. Back-end Development Design and develop scalable, secure, and efficient back-end applications using Node.js, Python, or other programming languages. Integrate with databases, APIs, and third-party services to support application functionality. Testing and Deployment Write unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure application quality and reliability. Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy applications to cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud. Collaboration and Communication Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data science, product, and design teams. Communicate technical concepts and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders. Requirements: Technical Skills 10+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on JavaScript, Python, or other programming languages. Experience with GenAI Azure Open AI and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Experience with back-end frameworks such as Node.js, Django, or Flask. Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL, MongoDB. GenAI Skills Experience with GenAI models /Transformers. Familiarity with GenAI applications such as image generation, language translation, or text summarization, extraction. Knowledge of GenAI ethics and bias mitigation techniques. Soft Skills Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements. Nice to Have: Cloud Experience: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with containerization using Docker or Kubernetes. DevOps Experience: Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD. Familiarity with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. Data Science Experience: Experience with data science tools such as Jupyter Notebooks, pandas, or NumPy. Familiarity with data visualization libraries.,
