Job Overview:

We are hiring a Graphic Designer with a strong grasp on social media content creation someone who knows whats trending on LinkedIn and Instagram, can create high-performing reels, motion graphics, and engaging posts, and can bring fresh energy to every piece of visual communication.

You must be proficient in Photoshop (not Canva), be Bengali-speaking, and comfortable using AI tools creatively. Were looking for someone who is deeply social media-savvy, up to date with platform-specific formats and trends, and open to feedback and collaboration.

This is a remote role, and candidates must have their own setup. Preference will be given to applicants from Kolkata for ease of communication.

What Youll Do:

Design daily posts, carousels, and creatives for Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn

Create reels and short-form motion graphics (basic animation/video editing skills preferred)

Ideate with the content team and translate briefs into thumb-stopping content

Use AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Firefly) in your workflow without compromising creativity

Stay up to date on platform trends, best practices, and visual styles

Accept and act on feedback with a collaborative mindset

Requirements:

Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop (Premiere Pro/After Effects are a bonus)

Solid portfolio with original work for social media (not Canva-based)

Awareness of what works visually on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms

Knowledge of current design + AI trends

Fluent in Bengali and English

Must have own setup (laptop, internet, design tools)

Receptive to feedback and direction

Have made successful branded reels or social-first campaigns

Know how to use After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools

Have worked with agencies or social media-first brands
