Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Recruiter with experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion hiring. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for technical, functional roles, particularly in the areas of Oracle EBS and Fusion. This role involves sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our companys hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements and qualifications for open positions.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) - SmartRecruiter to manage candidate information and track recruitment metrics.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting, particularly in Oracle EBS and Fusion.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, with a focus on Oracle EBS and Fusion hiring.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle EBS and Fusion technical roles and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding in recruiting techniques for technical roles, such as software developers, system administrators, and database administrators.
  • Strong knowledge on Boolean Search and Advanced search.
  • Good understanding on social media hiring strategies.
