Job Description
Experience Required: 5-7 years in relevant fields
- Responsible for designing the network, Wi-Fi & VoIP architecture, including the layout, topology, and protocols to be used.
- Design and configure Network Access Control Solution for both wired and wireless networks.
- Configuring and managing email security and amending the rules to protect the email threats from the latest threats.
- Developing and implementing security controls to mitigate identified risks and weaknesses.
Monitoring and analysing security incidents and events to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities. - Installs, configures, and maintains network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, access points, VoIP Hardware, and other network devices.
- Integrated data, voice, and video networks for use in multi-site installations.
- Firewall Management: Extensive experience with SonicWall. Skilled in rule creation, policy management, and security configurations.
- VPN Configuration: Expertise in site-to-site, SSL, and client-to-site VPN setup for secure remote connectivity and data confidentiality
- Router and Firewall Administration: In-depth knowledge of NAT, CFS, IDS, IPS, ACL, Static & Dynamic routes, PPPoE, HA, Load Balancing, HSRP, DMZ, DHCP, DynDNS, App rule, QoS, content filter, Proxy, and other security policies.
- Switch Administration: Troubleshooting and administration of Cisco Catalyst, Aruba and Ruijie switches. Configuring STP, VLANs, ACLs, routing, and aggregation.
- Wi-Fi Controller Management: Configuring and optimizing Wi-Fi controllers from Cisco, Extreme, Aruba, Meraki, and more.
- Proven experience working with various SIP gateways and SBCs.
- Proficiency in Cisco, Avaya, Asterisk, and 3CX systems.
- Mandatory certification: CCNA Collaboration or Avaya certification.
- Experience in a contact center environment is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of SIP, H.323, and RTP protocols.
