Job Description
Role & responsibilities *One-on-One Classes:* Provide personalized, focused coaching to students based on their individual learning needs.
- *Group Classes:* Conduct engaging group classes, covering all PTE exam sections to help students improve their skills and boost their confidence.
- *Lesson Planning:* Develop lesson plans and materials tailored to students' levels and needs, ensuring effective preparation for the PTE exam.
- *Student Support:* Offer ongoing support, guidance, and feedback to students, helping them reach their goals.
- *PTE Exam Strategy:* Teach students effective strategies and tips for each section of the PTE exam to maximize their scores.
- *Progress Tracking:* Monitor and track the progress of each student, providing constructive feedback and making adjustments to the learning plan as necessary.
- *Flexibility in Scheduling:* Work within flexible rosters to accommodate students' varying time zones and schedules.
Preferred candidate profile
Proficiency in English:* Must have a minimum of *79 in each section* of the PTE exam or equivalent proficiency in English.
- *Experience:* Previous experience as a PTE tutor is preferred. However, freshers with strong English skills are also welcome to apply.
- *Excellent Communication Skills:* Strong ability to explain concepts clearly and concisely.
- *Basic Excel Knowledge:* Ability to use Excel for tracking students' progress and scheduling purposes.
- *Adaptability:* Ability to work in a dynamic and flexible work environment, adjusting schedules as required.
- *Passion for Teaching:* A genuine interest in helping students succeed in their PTE exams.
- *Time Management Skills:* Ability to manage time efficiently, especially when balancing one-on-one and group classes.
