Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to patients undergoing cardiac surgery, including pre-operative assessment, intra-operative management, and post-operative recovery.
  
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans for patients.
  
• Conduct routine checks on patients' vital signs, administer medications as needed, and perform various medical procedures during the operation.
  
• Ensure smooth functioning of ICU wards by maintaining accurate records of patient data and communicating effectively with families.
  
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce complications.
