Job Description
UrbanPro is seeking passionate and dedicated Social Science Tutors to join our platform and provide exceptional online tutoring to students from Class 6 to 12. As a tutor on UrbanPro, you will have the opportunity to reach a wide range of students across the country, helping them excel in their studies and develop a deeper understanding of Social Science subjects, including History, Geography, Political Science, and Economics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct online tutoring sessions for students in Classes 6-12, covering topics in History, Geography, Political Science, and Economics.
- Customize lesson plans and teaching materials to suit individual student needs and learning styles.
- Use engaging and interactive teaching methods to make complex concepts easy to understand.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with students and parents/guardians regarding progress and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Science, History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching or tutoring Social Science subjects to school students (Class 6-12).
- Strong command of the English language, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the CBSE/ICSE curriculum and state board syllabi.
- Proficient in using online teaching tools and platforms.

- Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
