Minimum 0 -1 years of experience in Voice Process (Inbound or outbound calls)
Good English verbal and written skills required
Preferred candidates with experience in BPO Industry
Provide product and service information to customers
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
Respond to customer's issues on TAT
Graduation and PUC candidates can also be considered
Willing to work in night shifts (US time zones)
