Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Dispatch Manager with experience in the Pumps or Industrial Equipment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all dispatch and logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute dispatch operations for finished goods.
  
• Monitor daily shipment schedules and ensure on-time deliveries.
  
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams for seamless dispatch flow.
  
• Manage transportation and logistics partners, ensuring cost-effective routing.
  
• Oversee fleet management, vehicle availability, and maintenance schedules.
  
• Ensure compliance with GST, E-way bills, and transport regulations.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation and dispatch records.
  
• Use ERP/SAP systems for order processing, tracking, and reporting.
  
• Supervise and lead the dispatch team; assign tasks and monitor performance.
  
• Generate MIS reports related to dispatch performance and logistics KPIs.
  
• Resolve issues related to delays, shortages, and transport damages.
  

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in dispatch/logistics within the Pumps or Engineering industry.
  
• Strong knowledge of transportation and supply chain practices.
  
• Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems.
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
