Roles & Responsibilities :
- Implementation and Operations of Global DDI, DHCP & DNS and IP Address Management Infrastructure on Infoblox.
- Thorough documentation of implementation concepts and run books for customers across Bosch Global to manage internal and external DNS services
- Provide consulting support on DNS & DHCP Processes across Bosch Global
- Possess a firm understanding of the offerings and capabilities within Infoblox NIOS DDI, DHCP, DNS and IP Subnet management including IPv6.
- Represent DDI Services Operation and enhance the service operations via automation and process improvements
- DNS Integration with various cloud environment on Infoblox Grid.
- Participation in On-call duty support team 24x7x365
Qualifications
Educational qualification: B.E / B.Tech
Experience : 8 + years
Additional Information
- 8+ Years experience in a Network-related domain and technologies
- 5+ Years of Hands-On experience in the IP Subnet Management, DNS & DHCP.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure AD and DNS.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Cloud networking
- DHCP configuration, support and management for InfoBlox & Microsoft (Redundancy, Option management, Scope management, Standardization)
- Build DNS configuration, support and management for InfoBlox & Microsoft BIND (Standardization, Improved DNS concept rollout, Anycast DNS).
- Knowledge on UDDI and experience in extending the DDI services in public cloud
- Good Knowledge on IPv4 Subnet, Masking, and Subnet management.
- Experience in Network Routing and Switching Concepts and basic understanding of Network Data Packet.
- Automate using Ansible and Python InstallationConfiguration of new serversenvironment and develop/implement automation script to solve manual day-to-day basis routine tasks.
- Responsible for Infoblox NIOS upgrades, platform & certificate maintenance, and updates.
- Membership in Network Environment Carve out, Merger and Integration tasks.
- DDI Monitoring Setup and service monitoring support on Icinga and Grafana - Good command over configuration of checks and monitoring of services using Icinga.
- DDI Data Quality monitoring using Splunk.
- Implement and manage DNSSEC to enhance DNS security & monitor and analyze DNS traffic for anomalies and potential threats.
- Good understanding of CI processes regarding External DNS support.
- Incident ticket support using SMT, Change management using SMT, Day to Day Daily Business Support & Ticket Handling.
