Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

- Should have hands on experience of handling and teaching of Fanuc Robots.

- Should have knowledge of Welding processes and parameters.

- Manpower management. Should be able to supervise the manufacturing process giving
utmost priority to safety, quality and then productivity.

- Diagnosing problems in production line and providing recommendations and OJT to workers.

- Meet the daily production targets. Minimize gap between planned and actual production.

- Analyze and reduce bottlenecks in the system to achieve desired target.

- Must be open to work in shifts.

Specific Functional Skills Required

Good managerial and problem-solving skills.
Good analytical skills.

Desired Personal Attributes

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Positive thinking and good confidence level.
