We are hiring for leading top Insurance MNC in Jabalpur/ Ujjain/ Bhopal/ Ratlam/ Gwallior/ Neemuch and Satana locations Salary upto 4.5LPA.

Functional Responsibilities:
1. Achieving the Business targets assigned in terms of cross selling, enhancing and upgrading the client relationships.
2. Profiling Customers and providing financial products to meet customers needs.
3. Ensuring the highest levels of service to the High Net Worth customers.
4. Good network of Channel partners.
5. Providing Sales targets spread across Liabilities/ Assets.
6. Maintaining and improving existing asset portfolio quality Sourcing new business.
7. Work on assigned leads and generate referrals from every visit.
8. Offer best in class sales experience while on boarding customers.
9. Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization month-on-month basis.
10.Hiring and recruitment of agents and developing own agency.
11.Maintain Customer relationship.
Behavioral Responsibilities:
1. Identifying and Recruiting potential insurance consultants or ADPs.
2. Driving business targets through insurance advisors.
3. Coaching and preparing advisors for higher productivity.
4.Groom advisors for the next level of partnership .
5. Preparing strategy and achieving targets on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Few Pointers:
1. Any field sales experience can be considered. BFSI, FMCG experience is something we prefer.
2. Candidates with Pharma experience will also be considered.
3. Fair knowledge of Insurance.
4. No bars to incentives(2.50 LPA incentives, 34K local allowance, 5K Mobile allowances all are quarterly )
5.Age should not be more than 32 Years.
6.Candidate should be graduate.
7.There should not be current gap more than one month or fifteen days.
