Brief Job description for Automation tester (Data Engineering)

• Proven experience as an Automation Tester, preferably within Data Engineering or Data Warehousing
• Experience of working with docker
• Experience of working any cloud.
• Strong knowledge of automation testing tools (e.g., Pytest / scalatest).
• Experience with SQL and data validation techniques.
• Familiarity with data processing technologies (ETL, Hadoop, Spark, Behive, etc.).
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Ability to write clear, maintainable, and efficient test scripts.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar).
• Good to have Kubernetes
