• Drive business growth and achieve sales targets for the Banca Channel in the assigned cluster.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to ensure seamless business operations.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers to enhance productivity and performance.
• Conduct regular training and development programs for the team to improve sales effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory guidelines, and company policies.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to formulate strategies for business expansion.
• Collaborate with bank branch staff to increase penetration of life insurance products.
• Drive customer engagement initiatives and improve policy persistency.
• Monitor key performance metrics and ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
• Implement effective sales strategies to maximize cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
